NAME GAME CHALLENGE

THE NAME GAME


Write down your first and last and complete the exercise associated with the letters.

 

* Time how long it takes to complete the challenge so that you can try to beat it the next time.

*If you have a short name like me or are just looking for a greater challenge, complete the workout once, rest 2 mins and repeat backwards! 


A = 50 Jumping Jacks                  N = 1 min Plank

B = 20 Crunches                             O = 40 Jumping Jacks

C = 30 Squats                                   P = 20 Jump Lunges

D = 15 Pushups                               Q = 20 Crunches

E = 1 min Wall Sit                          R = 15 Pushups

F =10 Burpees                                 S = 20 Burpees

G = 20 Jump Lunges                    T = 15 Squats

H = 20 Crunches                           U = 1 min Wall sit

I = 30 Squats                                   V = 50 Jumping Jacks

J = 15 Crunches                             W = 30 Jump Lunges

K = 10 Pushups                              X = 10 Crunches

L = 1 min V-Sit Hold                     Y = 20 Pushups

M = 15 Burpees                               Z = 10 Burpees
