WORKOUT PROGRAM INFORMATION
The KDAVIS FITNESS 90 TO FIT Program is a well-rounded and challenging program. In three 4-week blocks, you will work on improving your overall fitness level. You will focus on building strength, endurance, balance, coordination and target all muscle groups and energy systems. You will challenge your mind and body to step outside of your comfort zone. It is proven that workout programs that incorporate both variety and structure have the highest retention and satisfaction rate. No matter what your fitness level, your workouts will always be versatile, with a variety of exercises and training methods.
What you will receive:
- a 90 Day GYM or HOME (no equipment needed) Program
- Three 4- week progressive workout programs which include a weight training (gym), bodyweight training (home) and cardio component and video demonstrations for all exercises
