Fab 500


Look and feel fabulous in just 4 weeks with our new FAB 500 program. By combining calorie burning workouts (by Kayla Davis) and a custom nutrition plan (by Laura Shearer) we have built a recipe for success.

START DATE: February 1st.

What You’ll Receive:

  • A 4 Week Training Program
    • Kayla Davis has developed a calorie burning training program, each workout consists of 500 reps (Programs are available for home or gym)
  • Exercise Videos
    • Video demonstrations will be provided for all the exercises specific to your program
  • Customized Meal Plan
    • Laura Shearer will develop a meal plan based on your lifestylevegan, vegetarian, paleo, and address any health concerns you may be facing
  • Support
    • As a team, Kayla and Laura will connect with you throughout the 4 week period, and make adjustment as needed for your training program and diet plan
