KDAVIS Fitness App



After months of hard work, I am so excited to finally launch the KDAVIS Fitness app and help people around the world become stronger, healthier and happier!

Thank you to my incredible husband Leroy for his constant love, support and guidance, both in front of and behind the scenes. To my family, for encouraging me and giving me strength every step of the way.

To my amazing clients, who motivate me every day to be the best coach I can be. Lastly, this app wouldn’t have been possible if it weren’t for Josh Turk – Thank you so much for everything you did to make this happen!

Whether you’re an experienced gym-goer looking for a new program, or a gym newbie just starting out, I’ve really made sure my app is catered to everyone. Those who want to build muscle and lose weight are in luck, because that’s kind of my specialty.

The KDAVIS Fitness app has so many awesome features, and I decided to write this post to make sure users are getting the full experience and have all of their questions answered before downloading the app. See the full list of HOW TO Videos HERE 


Before you download the app, make sure you sign up for an account, right HERE on the website first. Once you fill out your app registration information and choose your monthly rate you will receive an e-mail to activate your App account.  Watch these HOW TO Videos to guide you through the set-up process:

Once you log in, you will see the main page where all of your important fitness necessities are laid out.


MY CALENDAR will show you what exercises and activities you have planned for the week, and it’s nice to be able to look back and see what you did on any given day.

Under ACTIVITY you will find a data base of 1000’s of exercises on the app – done by Kayla and the app’s male avatar aka. Leroy haha. 

You can head into the WORKOUTS section where all of your available workouts will be displayed – you are able to select a workout or workout program and add it to your calendar on your desired start day.

Click on NUTRITION to access a complete nutrition logging app (similar to My Fitness Pal) – more details below 


Workout programs available on the app include; bodyweight workouts, weight training workouts, cardio workouts, core, HIIT workouts and so much more! Another cool program I’ve included is 1 REP Max testing, which is a great baseline to figure out how much weight you should be lifting.  

I’ve made sure to include workouts for both at home and the gym, so you won’t have to worry about trying to figure out how to modify all of the exercises to get a good sweat sesh on at home!

I have gone through the process of recording all of my exercises individually – so there is never any confusion on the exercise in your program. Proper form is so important to your fitness success, so I made sure I’m there doing the reps right along with you! 

You can follow along with me, or if you prefer to go at your own pace, you are able to select the exercises and mark them as complete manually. My app has an awesome motivator and he will cheer you on during the workout “You’re a machine”, and lets you know how many minutes or reps are remaining.

You can keep track of all important fitness and progress information on your Performance tab. It shows your activity history for the past seven days (you’re also able to toggle this to show the past four weeks), and how many calories you burned on each of those days. A variety of other metrics are stored here including; Weight, BMI, Resting Heart Rate, Water Consumed etc., it is a perfect place to monitor your progress throughout your fitness journey.

You can also see your overall performance details that will explain how many calories you’ve burned total since starting to use the app, how many miles you’ve walked or ran, active minutes, and your total amount of fitness points you’ve earned by sweating!

When you work hard and sweat, you earn badges and points in your Achievements section on your Performance page. I believe these details are really motivational to see. 

You’re also able to track and monitor your body composition percentages as well. Making sure you know how much fat, muscle and bone your body is made up of is helpful information to have when you are trying to lose weight.

I’ve made sure you are able to sync your data from Apple Health, and connect to several other fitness trackers. If you have a tracker that isn’t listed on the compatible devices section, you are able to sync most trackers to Apple Health, so you’re able to import your data that way!

You can easily record your weights used during all of your workouts (which I highly recommend doing), simply by adding a note to the exercise after completion. HOW TO: Record your weights used


One of the best parts about this app is the sense of community you’ll feel. You aren’t doing this alone. You can join community groups and communicate with one another; share tips and recipes, chat with others that might be having similar experiences that you are, and supporting one another.  Learn how to join a Community Group HERE 

Having your fit friends to lean on through this process can sometimes be what keeps you going! 

Lastly, you all know how much I love challenges. There will be plenty of individual and community challenges available, making things a bit more interesting and fun.

The KDAVIS Fitness app syncs to the Food App which shares data between the two apps to ensure you are getting correct information when monitoring calories in and out. You can monitor your nutrition and macronutrients quickly and easily if you’re on the go. There will be countless recipes logged in the community groups, from myself and other members, to give you fresh new ideas and great healthy options to mix up your everyday diet.
