With the 21-Day Summer Prep Challenge, you have choices with your workout program and your nutrition! Choose from a Home or Gym Program + a Meal Plan with Guidelines to build your own meals.

Details of the Challenge:

  • Start Date: Monday, June 17th
  • Length of Challenge: 21 Days
  • Two Workout Program Options: 
    • Home Workout Program: 25-40 mins / 5 Days per week (2 bodyweight workouts + 3 workouts with dumbbells) 
    • Gym Workout Program: 45-60 mins / 4 Days per week (3 full body workouts + 1 cardio workout) 
  • Program Design: HIIT and Metabolic Circuits with a combination of strength, cardio conditioning, and plyometric movements
  • Nutrition: Meal prep style meal plan with macros with guidelines to build your own meals (ie: choose your protein, carb, and choice of fat)
  • Prize: A HUGE prize pack with supplements, apparel, fitness equipment ($200 value)  + your next challenge for FREE
    •  How to earn points? We have a 3 point system every week, the person (or people) who earn all 3 points every week will be put into a draw to win the prize!
