40 Days of Fitmas Challenge


Results come when you set a goal, make a plan and stick to it – so we are going to do just that!  Join the #40daysoffitmas Challenge and see how your body and mind can transform. It is amazing what you can accomplish in 40 days with a little bit of accountability!

Nutrition and training go hand in hand which is why we are going to be providing a full eat clean meal plan for you to follow on top of your weekly workouts. We want you to feel amazing inside and out and the end of this challenge!

✨ Simple Eat Clean Meal Plan by Laura @Shearerhealth w/ easy to follow recipes (including healthy holiday treats)
✨ Grocery List + How to Stay on track with Holiday parties
✨ Testing and a variety of progress measurements
✨ Nutrition and Workout Progress tracking
✨ 3 BIG Fitmas Giveaways from Shearer Health and KDAVIS Fitness
✨ Support and accountability from Laura, Kayla, and the entire KDAVIS community

✨ Must be a PRO member on the KDAVIS App
✨ Intermediate/ Advanced Fitness Level
✨ 4 Workouts per week + 1 Cardio workout
✨ Gym equipment needed (Dumbbells, Barbells, Bench, Treadmill, Rower)
