Details of the Challenge:
- Start Date: Monday, Sept 9th
- Length of Challenge: 60 Days (Including Testing Days)
- Program Design: Weight training, HIIT training and a combination of strength and cardio conditioning circuits.
- Nutrition: Paleo(ish) meal plan with guidelines to build your own meals (ie: choose your protein, carb, and choice of fat)
- Weekly Diary: Daily planning, progress tracking, healthy habit building, accountability
- Prize: $5 of every purchase will go into the Jack”ed” Pot
- How to earn points? We have a 3 point system every week, the person (or people) who earn all 3 points every week will be put into a draw to win the prize!
- Support: Kayla and Laura will be your accountability coaches throughout the entire program in the KDAVIS App Community Group

– Intermediate/ Advanced Fitness Level
– Gym equipment needed (Dumbbells, Barbells, Bench, Treadmill, Rower)
– 4-5 workouts including cardio every week
