Lean Leg Guide


Welcome to the KDAVIS FITNESS Lean Leg Program.
Over a 6 week period, you will be training your legs through three different phases; Unilateral + Balance, Compound and Complex + Plyometrics. Each phase has a purpose and will help you to build strong, lean legs, while improving your imbalances, and endurance.
